00:00:00You know that moment when you get a nudge, yet you just push it off? Yeah. You know that moment when you're being invited to show up in a different way? In a different way in your business without sacrificing quality time with loved ones?
00:00:28Yeah. Without sacrificing your health, your quality of life, you know there's got to be a different way to show up. A way where you can actually just be who you were created to be.
00:00:47Without the comparison, without the worry, without the hustling and grinding away. You've been getting these nudges, but yet you've been pushing them off until now. You know, I've come to events like this and, well, I kind of start to shut down.
00:01:19I start to shut down because I'm not in agreement with what the speaker is sharing. Maybe it doesn't really align with my values. I tune out I start talking to the person next to me over there I see you just kidding maybe I leave the room and I just lean on my own understanding but instead I'm going to invite you today to receive revelation to uncover something that maybe you're not familiar with yet to be able to hear truth because we know the truth can set you free.
00:02:05Yeah. To uncover something not yet known. So please, go ahead and take down some notes. Even if something doesn't speak to you. You can write down what does. Translate that. But just be open.
00:02:22I invite you to be open today. So let's talk supernatural sales. What is it? What's supernatural sales mean? It's actually available to all of you here. It's accessible. It's limitless.
00:02:43It's within you. You don't have to do anything because it's being done for you, with you, through you, and all around you. it's a unique and personal connection that's already within you get these simple nudges these simple nudges arise you observe you have some thoughts it's built on relationship relationship you can activate your five senses what you hear, feel, see, taste smell.
00:03:30I didn't know what supernatural sales was. I didn't have this encounter right away. You see, before I launched my business, I was chasing after all the things. It's what I was taught.
00:03:47You ever have that theme song running through your head? It goes something like this. Every day I'm hustling, hustling, hustling It's a catchy tune, right? Don't look up the lyrics, y'all.
00:03:59Don't look up the lyrics. But I had this theme song running through my head. Yet I was empty inside. I had all the things, all the shiny stuff. But I was masking. I was masking behind the busyness of work.
00:04:17I was masking behind dysfunctional relationships narcissistic abuse drinking and puff puff I was smoking the green stuff and Martha where are you I don't think this is a coincidence that you put me on at 4.20pm today if you didn't get that reference it's okay if you're like what's the green stuff talk to me later Yeah. Right? But it was, there was really dark moments. A lot of anxiety, depression, dark thoughts. And I knew something needed to change. And so I invited a spiritual encounter. I opened up my heart. I opened up my heart to God and I said, you know what? I want to see you. I want to know you. And yes, I want a sign.
00:05:15I wanted to see a sign. And you know what was sent my way? It was dragonflies. Dragonflies, an insect, an insect that I was afraid of as a little girl. But it became transformed into something so beautiful.
00:05:32And in that moment, on that day, I was surrounded by 40 or 50 dragonflies all around me. And you may say, well, that's cool. It happened once. but then it kept happening in that first year as i finally started to make some traction and say okay i'm gonna i'm gonna launch my business just not yet let me have this little nest egg let me build this up and stay in corporate a little bit longer but you guys this concept and idea of starting my business was on my heart for 13 years 13 years i kept thinking i'm too young I need to get a certification I need to have more money you know all the things right and I kept pushing it off and so as I started to get closer to making that decision to say yes yes God I was surrounded by dragonflies again literally two years from the date of when I opened up my heart to this relationship with God some of you may still be saying well that's just another coincidence But then guess what? It happened again on my fourth year anniversary.
00:06:52What's your version of a dragonfly? What nudges have you been getting that maybe you've been overlooking? So 11 years ago, I finally launched Sales from the Heart, my non-traditional coaching business.
00:07:12It was so amazing to finally say yes, but then I didn't know how. Where was the money going to come from that I would invest with my coach? I really wanted somebody to help me fast track and do that.
00:07:28But all I knew was, yes, I'm just going to show up. And wouldn't you know it, someone reached out to me from a different industry where we used to work together and said, I really believe that you're called to do this.
00:07:44And I would like you to help my sales team of insurance agents. All right. I'll say yes to that. But what I uncovered as I worked with them, they weren't needing the sales training.
00:08:04They were hurting inside. they couldn't separate their life and their business like we're told to do and check it at the door it's a part of who we are and so that's when I learned how to incorporate my faith in business this wasn't a common thing to do back then 11 years ago and even still now it's not really that common or sometimes accepted especially in business environments So what are you being invited into in your industry?
00:08:42Possibly to disrupt the norm in your industry. What does that look like for you? As I was moving forward in my business I had three years of really severe health challenges. I couldn't even move forward in my own strength even if I tried but I didn't need to I was being provided for I was being guided y'all I got invited to do a lunch and learn for these 12 executives at this water park franchise and I knew I could just get there hopefully do my thing there and get back That's all the energy I had.
00:09:29So you know what I showed up with? A blank piece of paper and a pen. That's it. I didn't have anything else prepared. I didn't know what I was going to talk about. I didn't even have the director's names written down.
00:09:41And you know what? I didn't even open up the talk. I let the other director who's wanting to shine and be a leader, I let him open it up. He had all these notes on his laptop.
00:09:51I was like, go for it. We had a great time. And you know what? They also invested in themselves, and yes, put in my pocket, five figures. Five figures to show up for a two-hour lunch and lunch.
00:10:06I didn't have anything prepared on paper, but you know what was prepared? My heart. My heart to show up and serve. Because I know this. Supernatural sales is being done for me, with me, through me, and all around me.
00:10:22how are you being invited to show up to just trust and to go forward not ignore the nudges well you would think I would learn my lesson after all those hard years of health challenges and well being stubborn I've been known to be stubborn back in the day maybe still a little bit just a little somebody over here knows me but I got a nudge on my calendar that kept popping up and I kept hitting snooze and I didn't understand why it was there.
00:11:00Let me tell you, about a year ago, I met someone on LinkedIn who became a client. He's from the UK, lives in Japan with his family. Y'all, I almost missed a trip recently. I'm going to Japan because my passport was expiring.
00:11:22That little nudge on my calendar was to go get my passport renewed. But I'm thinking, why should I get my passport renewed? It's not like I'm going to be traveling internationally anytime soon because, well, I want to go with my husband.
00:11:36We'll be celebrating our fifth year anniversary this weekend. Thank you. But I knew he couldn't get away and leave his job for a couple weeks. He's an electrician. And, well, I didn't want to go without him.
00:11:54So why would I get my passport renewed? But God knew the desires of my heart. I love traveling, especially internationally. And it had been six years before I went anywhere else.
00:12:07But I almost missed going to Japan. but I made it. I made it. But prior to that, there I am, rushing to get to the post office, paying more to get it expedited, right? Having that inner panic, like, did I fill out the paperwork correctly? And I got it back just two weeks before my trip. Highly recommend Japan, y'all. Highly recommend. So I would encourage you to know that God knows your heart. He knows your desires and pay attention to those little nudges even if you're like how is this going to happen i have countless stories like this not just for myself but also for the people that i get to serve and let me remind you sales is really about service sales is about serving and receiving and sales is not a transaction sales is not a transaction it is transformation yeah and so I'm going to tell you about my friend Sharon before she became a client Sharon has this online course for trauma-informed leaders.
00:13:33She was marketing it to, get ready for this one, pastors. Tough market, y'all. Okay? And she hired this agency to run her Facebook ads to get some sales coming in, and she hardly got any for what she invested in.
00:13:50She could have just tossed this aside and continued to run her therapy practice. She has several people working in her office herself. She's in high demand. But she knew she had been given this idea, this vision, this course, and it was already created.

00:15:14Now, don't get me wrong. I don't give away all my stuff like that, right? But I don't want finances to be an issue of why someone can't get started. finances shouldn't be a reason to hold us back.
00:15:32And so you know what we did? We did a little test launch, something small. You know, I redid the messaging, the copy, the sales funnel, all the things. You know, had my team help her out as well.
00:15:44And she got in four times the amount of sales, just in the small little launch. And what did I receive? Well, you know what? so far she has sent me a handful of new clients. New clients that can fully invest in my Wings of Wisdom program.

00:18:20And so my question for you is this. Who are you being invited to connect with? Who are you being invited to connect with? Who do you see before you? Who's there? Who's with you?
00:18:45Who's always been there with you? Yeah. Maybe you're being invited to collab with someone, to share your dreams, your desires, even your fears, with someone who just accepts you for who you are, who loves you unconditionally, who's supportive to you, who doesn't mind that you're angry at them or however you feel, they still love you.
00:19:26What do you see? It may also be someone here that you've met at this event, but we're not meant to do life or business alone. So when you're ready, you can go ahead and open your eyes.
00:19:44there's supernatural opportunities all around you in your faith, your life, and in your business. It's always accessible. It's always here. It's built on relationship. For me, yes, that's my relationship with God, my relationship with Jesus Christ, my relationship with my family and friends, whether they're close-bodied or estranged.
00:20:19It's with people who have similar beliefs or different beliefs. It makes my heart sing, and not just songs like, every day I'm hustling. It could be songs of praise, songs of worship, songs of gratitude.
